The dataset is directly related to the experimental tasks and scientific objectives of the project, which aim to identify the type and activity of sirtuin proteins in Acheta domesticus before and after administration of a combined resveratrol–nanodiamond formulation (RV+NDs).
The study focuses on evaluating the effects of RV+NDs on sirtuin activity in Acheta domesticus and on longevity-related physiological processes. In particular, the project examines how the combined treatment influences biochemical parameters (including SIRTs, SIRT1 and SIRT6 activity), cellular responses, and developmental traits.
By integrating nanodiamonds with resveratrol, the research assesses whether this combined approach modulates sirtuin-dependent pathways associated with oxidative stress regulation, DNA stability, and overall organismal homeostasis under controlled experimental conditions.
