The dataset contains raw data obtained in a randomized, single-centre, controlled trial was conducted with adult, non-menopausal women with a BMI of 25.5-35 without any chronic diseases, which were following energy-restricted ketogenic diet for eight weeks. Data were collected at the baseline, after 4 weeks, after 8 weeks of the nutritional intervention.
