Dataset contains experimental data supporting the publication "Eutectic-Driven Recrystallization of Coamorphous Bicalutamide + Niclosamide Systems: Contrasting Stability above and below Tg". The study investigates the relationship between composition, molecular dynamics, and physical stability in co-amorphous systems composed of bicalutamide (BIC) and niclosamide (NIC).
The dataset includes results obtained using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), broadband dielectric spectroscopy (BDS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The collected data were used to determine the eutectic composition in the crystalline BIC–NIC system, characterize the thermal and dynamic properties of the corresponding amorphous mixtures, and evaluate their physical stability under conditions above and below the glass transition temperature (Tg).
The dataset contains raw and processed thermal analysis data, dielectric relaxation measurements, crystallization kinetics, and long-term stability studies for amorphous and co-amorphous samples with different BIC/NIC compositions. These data support the analysis of glass transition temperatures, fragility parameters, α-relaxation dynamics, recrystallization behavior, and composition-dependent stability of the investigated systems.
The dataset enables verification of the results reported in the publication and may be useful for further studies on co-amorphous pharmaceutical systems, eutectic mixtures, molecular mobility in amorphous materials, and factors governing the physical stability of poorly water-soluble drugs.
