The dataset contains experimental data collected during research on the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) growth of vanadium carbide micro- and nanocrystals. The study aimed to investigate the influence of synthesis conditions and interfacial interactions on crystal growth and morphology. The dataset includes X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and statistical analysis data. The data support the findings presented in the publication "Interface-Driven Control of Vanadium Carbide Micro- and Nanocrystal Growth During Chemical Vapor Deposition" in Advanced Materials Interfaces and provide experimental evidence for the characterization of the synthesized materials.
