„Multiplex quantitative PCR measurements of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) secreted novel AID/APOBEC-like deaminases (SNAD1s) during development (0 – 240 hpf)” raw data

The purpose of this study was to investigate expression of carp snad1 genes in fertilized eggs and larvae during incubation at 21 °C for : 0 hpf, 17 hpf, 26 hpf, 49 hpf, 74 hpf, 98 hpf, 123 hpf, 147 hpf, 170 hpf, 190 hpf, and 240 hpf (hours post-fertilization) 

The dataset contains 1 directory with 1 excel spreadsheet, showing real time PCR expression data obtained with the use of multiplex quantitative PCR. 


The directory 1: Expression of carp snad1 genes in fertilized eggs and larvae during incubation at 21 °C for : 0 hpf, 17 hpf, 26 hpf, 49 hpf, 74 hpf, 98 hpf, 123 hpf, 147 hpf, 170 hpf, 190 hpf, and 240 hpf (hours post-fertilization).
