Zbiór decyzji organów nadzorczych należących do Europejskiej Rady Ochrony Danych (EROD) oraz decyzji EROD wydanych na podstawie przepisów rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) w sprawach, które dotyczyły stricte naruszeń ochrony danych dzieci. Decyzje pozyskano w wyniku wyszukiwania rejestrów decyzji dostępnych na stronach internetowych EROD oraz krajowych organów nadzorczych. Zbiór obejmuje treść decyzji oraz tabelę zawierającą kluczowe informacje o decyzjach, m.in. dotyczące stwierdzonych przez organ naruszeń.
