Description

Data from publiaction "Silk Sphere Delivery of CpG_siStat3 Re-educates M2-like Macrophages Modifying Tumor Microenvironment."

Each ZIP archive contains a readme.txt file with a detailed description of the included files and data structure.

CellMorphology.zip – Microscopy images illustrating macrophage morphology under different conditions inducing M1 and M2/M2d polarization, as well as images of M2d macrophages treated with spheres loaded with CpG_siStat3 or control CpG_siLuc.

Confocal microscopy.zip – Confocal fluorescence images showing the internalization of siRNA-loaded spheres by cells.

FlowCytometry.zip – Flow cytometry data analyzing macrophage polarization markers in bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs).

qPCRpolarisation.zip – Data obtained from qPCR experiments analyzing the expression of macrophage polarization markers in different macrophage types under various polarization conditions.

qPCRtreatment.zip – Data obtained from qPCR experiments analyzing the expression of genes associated with macrophage polarization and the tumor microenvironment in M2d macrophages treated with CpG_siStat3 or control CpG_siLuc.

WoundHealing.zip – Results of cell migration analysis obtained using the IncuCyte live-cell imaging system, including microscopy images with confluence and wound masks and quantitative measurements of wound closure in breast cancer cells treated with conditioned media from macrophages exposed to different treatment conditions.
