Description

The dataset includes data collected during the ATMO-ACCESS Trans-National Access project - Air Quality in Urban Environment: A Focused Study on Pollution Behavior in Warsaw's Canopy Layer (AQUE).

Folders contain data from measurements of atmospheric particulate matter collected from July 23 to July 26 (Campaign 1), and October 22 to October 23 (Campaign 2), 2024, in Warsaw, Poland. The data were processed using WolfSense PC software and Microsoft Excel for validation and analysis. The final dataset, provided in XLSX format, includes temporal evaluation in particle concentration from 0.5 to 10.0 µm. Files are named according to the format:

  • PM counter 1: GrayWolf PC-3500
  • PM counter 2: GrayWolf PC-3500 
  • PM counter 3: GrayWolf PC-3500
  • PM counter 4: GrayWolf PC-4000 
  • PM counter 5: GrayWolf PC-4000 
  • OPS 1: Optical Particle Sizer TSI 3330
  • OPS 2: Optical Particle Sizer TSI 3330

File structure depends on the measuring device:

•   PM counter 1, PM counter 2, PM counter 3:

  • Line 1: headers describing columns,
  • Line 2-XXXX: concentration of PM (µg/m3),
  • Column 1: date and time in format DD-MMM-YY HH:MM:SS AM/PM (CEST),
  • Column 2-7: concentration of specific PM values: below 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0 µm, respectively,
  • Column 8: TPM,
  • Column 9: pressure in measuring chamber.

•   PM counter 4, PM counter 5:

  • Line 1: headers describing columns,
  • Line 2-XXXX: concentration of PM (µg/m3),
  • Column 1: date and time in format DD-MMM-YY HH:MM:SS AM/PM (CEST),
  • Column 2-7: concentration of specific PM values: below 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0 µm, respectively,
  • Column 8: TPM,
  • Column 9: Carbon Dioxide (ppm),
  • Column 10: TVOC (ppb),
  • Column 11: pressure in measuring chamber.

•   OPS 1, OPS 2:

  • Line 1-7: description of measurement – measurement name, measurement date (DD.MM.YYYY), start time (HH:MM:SS; CEST), particle density (g/cm3), pressure inside the apparatus (kPa), humidity inside the apparatus (%), temperature (°C),
  • Line 9: headers describing columns,
  • Line 10-XXXX: concentration of PM (µg/m3),
  • Column 1: measurement time in format HH:MM:SS (CEST),
  • Column 2-5: concentration of specific PM values: below 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 10.0 µm, respectively.
