The data in the "impact of the crisis on the use of services_survey_data_2023_PL.xlsx" and in the "impact of the crisis on the use of services_survey_data_2023_PL.sav" files present the results of a survey conducted among Polish residents in 2023. The questions asked to respondents made it possible to obtain, among other things, opinions on the impact of the crisis on changes in the purchase and use of services. Respondents declared whether they use the services as much, more often or less frequently than before the crisis. During the study, consumers expressed their opinions on the use of cultural, educational, tourist, transport, medical, hygienic and aesthetic, sports, recreational, hotel and other services. The research sample consisted of 1,000 people. The study was conducted among Polish residents over the age of 18. The selection of the sample for the study was random, representative due to the socio-demographic characteristics of the Polish population, and the amounts in the sample were: gender, age and voivodeship of residence. The survey was conducted using the CATI (computer-assisted telephone interviewing) method with the support of the research company ASM - Centrum Rozwoju i Analiz Rynku Spółka z o. o. The data will be published in 2024 in the chapter in the monograph: "Murawska A. (2024). Behavior of households and consumers on the services market during the economic crisis, In: Key concepts and conditions of management, marketing, economics and other social sciences, edited by M. Skinder, Wydawnictwa Naukowe Politechniki Bydgoskiej, Bydgoszcz".
