The set of data contains results of ruthenium nanocluster catalyst (RuNC) synthesis through atmospheric pressure glow discharge processes implemented in an additively manufactured plasma reactor.
The research was carried out within OPUS 25 project (2023/49/B/ST8/01029) financed by National Science Center (Poland).
The set of data contains (.txt files and ZIP archives):
· Dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurements,
· Electrophoretic light scattering (ELS) measurements,
· High performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) results of nitroaromatics compound reduction,
· High resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) spectra with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) spectra, and with fast Fourier transform (FFT),
· X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectra with survey spectra,
· Acquired UV/Vis data for catalytic activity assessment,
· Seed germination assays consist of number of germinated seeds, root length, and shoot length,
· Acquired data for UV/Vis,
The dataset is provided as plain text (.txt) files and compressed ZIP archives containing experimental results stored in .xlsx, .txt or .tif formats. Data for zeta potential and conductivity are included in a ZIP archive named ELS containing separate files for each sample. Measurements of hydrodynamic diameter, size distribution, and polydispersity index are contained in a ZIP archive named DLS, also organized by individual sample files. The HPLC-MS archive comprises mass spectra and total ion chromatograms (TIC). UV/Vis data for catalytic activity analysis are provided in a single ZIP archive, with separate files for each sample. Photomicrographs with FFT and EDS spectra are available in the „HRTEM with EDS” ZIP archive, whereas XPS data and survey spectra are stored in the „XPS with survey spectra” ZIP archive.
