Celem badania była ocena stanu zdrowia psychofizycznego podczas kolejnego roku pandemii COVID-19 w Polsce i w Portugali.
W październiku 2022 roku przeprowadzono przekrojowe badanie internetowe wśród studentów uczelni polskich i portugalskich. Ankieta w formie linku do formularza Google, informacja o badaniu, anonimowości i dobrowolna zgoda na udział zostały przesłane za pośrednictwem portalu społecznościowego Facebook na grupy zrzeszające studentów w Polsce i w Portugalii. Kryteriami włączenia do badania były: status studenta, zgoda na udział w badaniu, miejsce zamieszkania w Polsce lub w Portugalii. Kryteriami wykluczenia były: brak statusu studenta, brak zgody na udział w badaniu, niezamieszkiwanie na terenie Polski lub Portugalii. Badania uzyskały akceptację Senackiej Komisji ds. Etyki Badań Naukowych Akademii Nauk Stosowanych w Łomży.
Ankieta internetowa została przeprowadzona wśród studentów polskich (204 respondentów) i portugalskich (204 respondentów) uczelni wyższych. Poziom aktywności fizycznej oceniono za pomocą kwestionariusza IPAQ w języku polskim i portugalskim, poziom depresji oceniano za pomocą inwentarza BDI w języku polskim i portugalskim, poziom dolegliwości bólowych kręgosłupa szyjnego i lędźwiowego kwestionariuszami NDI i ODI w języku polskim i portugalskim, poziom uzależnienia od internetu testem Kimberly Young w języku polskim i portugalskim.
Istnieje potrzeba dalszych badań i monitorowania zdrowia psychofizycznego w badanej populacji.
