PREVAC EA15 hemispherical electron energy analyzer; 2D-MCP detector; system base pressure 8 × 10−9 Pa; excitation energy 1486.60 eV; Al-Kα radiation PREVAC dual-anode XR-40B source; Measurements were made with a normal take-off angle. The binding energy scale calibrated to Au 4f7/2 (84.0 eV). The data elaboration: CASA XPS® algorithms; relative sensitivity factors; Shirley function was used for background subtraction. The particular components were fitted with a sum of Gaussian (70%) and Lorentzian (30%) lines. The uncertainty of determining the position of the energy 0.11 eV.
