Zbiór zawiera wyniki badań podstawowych dotyczących wykorzystania termoczułych kopolimerów blokowych do otrzymania wstrzykiwalnych, biodegradowalnych nośników żelowych do enkapsulacji i uwalniania modelowego przeciwciała immunoglobuliny G (IgG), mogących mieć potencjalne zastosowanie w leczeniu zwłóknień stawów i tkanki nerwowej. Zbadano serię kopolimerów o strukturze ABA: PLGA-b-PEG-b-PLGA, PLCL-b-PEG-b-PLCL, PCL-b-PEG-b-PCL o różnym składzie i masie molowej.
Celem badań było zbadanie wpływu składu kopolimerów na możliwość tworzenia przez nie żeli. Niektóre kopolimery dodatkowo zmodyfikowano i poddano stabilizacji poprzez sieciowanie chemiczne. Zbadano proces degradacji kopolimerów i określono profil uwalniania przeciwciała z nośników.
